    Hey guys,

    I am unable to see small BlackBerry logo on the top right of my BlackBerry Z10, since morning. I don't know what really the problem is. My WhatsApp, Browsing, everything else is working fine, but not the BBM. I am unable to send or receive the messages.

    I'm on Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.1055
    I hope you guys can help.

    Go to Settings>About>Click on Network from the Dropdown, then click on the three dots and press register BlackBerry

    I am having the same problem since last week. In fact the BlackBerry ID is not being retrieved. If in Setting you tap on BlackBerry ID, you will perhaps get an error.
    I don't understand why this is happening!
    I tried Registering trough About> network, but nothing has gone better yet!

    By the way, what is this registration of network? Shouldn't it be done automatically?

    I didn't change my wifi. Why should it be registered again?

    Well i would try to register network in settings as mentioned above, and for the OP this could be an outage of BBM in your area wait a couple of hours and then check. If you still dont get a bb logo post back.

    I think I read turning airplane mode on and off helps if it's not an outage. I have had that signal drop a few times before.

    This is not an issue on your side... when server of BlackBerry goes off due to any reason it may be due to upgradation ... I faced that too few weeks ago but after a day it came back

    To answer your first question, it's your device registering itself with the BlackBerry network, which occurs after your phone has an Internet connection. This is normally automatic but sometimes you need to smack it. :-)

    Resetting my Internet router solved my problem.

    Few times this happened to me I restart or sometimes I just wait it comes back on it's own. It happened in my Q10 and my 9360

    Did you loose you connection to BlackBerry world and bbm when you lost the logo? I can't access BlackBerry world and can't send/ receive bbm mssges

    Using Link, I backed up. Then I ran a security wipe, then I restored. Logo and all services are back. I used a virtual router though for registering my BlackBerry id. The virtual router uses a vpn.
