    Hello all,

in 08.2013 i have bought my first Z10...after 2-3 months i have sold the device. At that time i have bought 10-10 apps from BBW. Now i come back to Z10 as a business daily phone but all my apps already buyed are not available.
I use the same account . I have also the email recipes from BBW for the product which i have bought but the apps must be buyed again in order to use...Be Maps Pro 10,Fruit Blitz, gnews reader, plants vs zobie,Hub ++ Led,....ans so on...

I don't understand whats going on.

A help will be very welcomed.

If you are using same ID, contact one of the developers (of one of the apps) and ask. There may be a simple resolution. I can't imagine BBerry World is reading your IMEI number, but who knows?

That could be true given that if you log in with your BlackBerry ID it should recognize who you are and able to download all your previously paid apps. I hope that's not true, because if i move to a Z30 I wouldn't want to buy all my apps again, that would just pi*s me off.

So on BB the apps only for the 1 device you buy the apps... This is not correct then!

One developer answered to me to contact BBW support. I already done. Lets see!!

    Have a nice weekend!

I think two things apply. First, the new phone must be set up with the old Blackberry I.D. Second, the old phone must be set up with a different Blackberry I.D. Then, everything should transfer properly to the new phone. This means the old phone will have had to be wiped and then set up anew which removes its connection to the apps you purchased.

As many others have stated, using the SAME BlackBerry ID is the way to go.

If you have the same BlackBerry ID try going to BlackBerry World>My Apps>My Apps and Games then look in the Available Section. They should be there. Just reload them. Hope this helps.

He said that he used the same I'd, but I wonder. When he signed into bbmessenger, was he asked to move his contacts to this DEVICE?

I would suggest a security wipe and start the process from scratch. While setting it up, skip the bbid section though. Once you're all set ip, try to open BBM as it will ask you to log in and transfer your phone account from your old one. Once this is done, you should be able to go in BBW, all, my world, my apps and games, then available. All your apps should be there ready to download.

    Best of luck.

A slow climb to the top is always more rewarding. Sent using my BlackBerry Z10.

If you are using the same BBID this should not be an issue. I do this all of the time. Try going into your BlackBerry World and refreshing. This may make it register.

You can try logging into the BlackBerry App World website from a desktop computer with your phone plugged in via USB and see if your apps are available there and install them from there. They should start to install on the phone when you click Install on the PC. Before starting anything though you should make sure that the old device is wiped and your BBID is not in use on any other device. It could also be a SIM card / network / location issue.
