First of all, welcome you to CrackBerry and welcome to the Dark Side.
You will need to find out what model z10 you have and what version OS is installed. Type myver and this information will be displayed in the following manner: Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.1055 . You might want to include you Windows OS version as well.
Second. Do you have the latest version of BlackBerry Link? We need to know if link is fully recognizing your device.
If so, go into my computer and confirm that your device is showing as a drive and SD as well if you have one.
If you've gotten this far, can you access your device folders?
Hmmmm. Welcome to CB. I think more information is needed. It is a fairly basic and simple process of dragging and copying into a folder on a Windows PC. Do u have a Mac or Windows? Are doing it via USB? Please post more info on the forum.
You know that your Z10 has a great search engine of its own?
If you go to the magnifying glass and type in USB Mass Storage it will tell you how to make your Z10 a storage device either via USB or wireless.
Hello. You probably must not have activated the BB Link connection on your phone. If you are not sure of that, go to Settings>BlackBerry Link. Then switch on the BlackBerry Link. When you connect to BB Link, wait a little bit and by the time a notification is displayed in a little baloon saying your device has been connected, try to go to Start>Computer and find the telephone folder in there. You can manage files right from that folder, not needing BB Link for that instance. It works just fine to me, never had such trouble. Ask if you have any doubts. Hope I have helped.
The OP stated that there is no SD card. So there is no option to turn on mass storage, which is only available if an SD card is installed.
Internal memory can only be accessed once Link is installed, phone connected to the computer, and the computer had time to create a "Z:" drive which is a mapped network drive to the internal memory.
Eslam, if you connect your phone to the computer, does a "Z:" drive pop up after a few moments? It will not show it as a "removable storage", but as a "network location" or drive (that's how Win 7 labels it - I'm not sure how Win 8 differentiates such connections).
Thank u all
but im very sorry , nothing of this solutions solv my proplem , i tried it all
thanks all again , but its my fault coz i hoped to try something new with blackberry
I use windows 8 as well and I do not have problems. Looking at ur screenshot, I believe u are good. The phone will not open as a mass storage option on the system but it will open under the network section.
All u need to do is, plug in ur phone with the USB and open up BBLINK immediately and let it run.
Once done, go to my computers and there u will see ur device under the networks option.
U can do ur transfers then.

Try a different USB cable also- that happened to me. Plugged in with generic cable- nothing. Plugged in with BB cable that came with device- worked. Just rule out cable or try wi-fi method.
