    It is/was some kind of virus or malware that could affect the phone.

    Yeah, I've checked all these out but even though they're set a certain way it doesn't seem to work appropriately. I honestly don't have the details about the previous version but without a doubt the custom notifications do not allow for custom bbm notifications although these were present in my previous version.

    Ok, since you've mentioned custom BBM notifications, have you tried going to Settings > Notifications, and then scrolling all the way down and tapping on Contact Notifications? From there you can add a contact and then once you do, you can set custom notifications for a specific contact, including BBM.

    That's exactly it. Before there used to be a section for bbm. Now it's just "other messaging" and no longer includes the bbm header. Not sure what's up.

    Got this on Friday night and downloaded working well but now when I use phone for browsing or tweeting or CB'ing it heats up very quickly like in no time.

    What could be the problem? It seems Z10 -1 can't handle it
