No,and carrier is h20 but what should either apply when it's supposed to be available through the BB link. I would think a carrier would not come into play unless it's an ota through them.

If you're in North America with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon, then it's normal. They don't give a flying **** about their BlackBerry users.

The vast majority just download leaks and update there devices using Sachesi over the air. All data transferred and a nice updated phone. Easy no waiting on the crappy carriers.

BlackBerry link is still linked to your carrier unless you purchased directly from blackberry or amazon!!

I find it hard to believe that anything other than a very small proportion of the millions of people on BlackBerry 10 have even heard of Sachesi, never mind using it to load beta releases.

Yes this is true for the average person. But your on a blackberry fan forum this is the norm for all the crackberry community if you cannot wait for a carrier to release an update do it yourself. If not then time to learn. No point bashing blackberry as its the carriers that control the updates not blackberry.

I see at&t there on the signature Pete.Is yours unlocked,from them? If so,what's the secret,I've exhausted 7 attempts,carefully entering the code. I'm beginning to think I have to get the original owner sim.

Link still goes through your carrier.

Only factory unlocked devices are getting updates at this time - not to be confused with SIM unlocked devices which still rely on the carrier for updates.

Yes, unlocked. Bought it off craigslist. My Torch 9800 was unlocked through AT&T and I guess they just carried that over to my Z10.
