    It depends on the variant of phone you have, which carrier you're on, where you bought it, etc.

    If something in there is the weakest link, then bite the bullet and upgrade it yourself. There's ample tutorials and resources in the BB10 Leaked/Beta OS subforum, give it a read.

    I'm downloading the new os 10.3.2.2813 STL 100-2-3.7z and then I will extract and plug my pc with phone and click file exe right??

    Well, no, but 10.3.2.2876 has some issues with it.

    Load 2813 and see how it goes.
