If you didn't know we now have a stupid screen reader, and it's annoying, I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to figure out how to turn it off, turns out if u quickly click the power button 3 times it enables it... you can turn this off under SETTINGS > ACESSABILITY > SCREEN READER BETA

That "stupid" screen reader is not for you. And FYI, you are greeted with this screen:

New screen reader on BlackBerry 10.2-img_00001493.png

And also, the voice clearly says "tap the top button 3 times to exit". If you didn't hear it and it took you an hour to figure it out, maybe accessibility features actually are for you.

Never seen that screen before and it never said anything to turn off

Got that screen, but would not do anything other than to read 'cancel' or 'continue' when pressed....did not here it say to press the top button to exit...could swipe to reduce the screen, but the phone was frozen...had to power off and restart..then had the cancel screen again which now shut off screen reader when I pressed cancel....
In the accessibility options, it does say beta, but it should not activate without the feature having first been turned on, default should be 100% off ( mine I did intentionally).
Would be nice if it worked properly...easy to overlook errors when writing emails/texts, hearing them read back would help...
