Does anybody know when the new OS update for the Z10 is going to be, at the moment I have got, 10.0.9.342, I have read that it's supposed to be released before the U.S gets the phone but I don't know what's truth or fiction so can anybody please help me and give me the correct information.

I don't think anyone knows with certainty yet.

On a similar note, does anyone know updates will still have to go through lengthy carrier approvals first? I thought I read somewhere that because of how BB10 works, each individual update won't require approval.

Just had 10.0.9.348 pushed to my Z10. Not sure on what has all changed, but didn't take that long to update, so must be minor changes

348 was out the day the Z10 was released, that should be the version everyone has

Yes, with Rogers. After reading around on other posts, looks like this is an older version anyways

I hope updates aren't carrier related. It would be awesome if updates are exactly the same way we get updates for the PlayBook.
