Is there anyway on my Z10 to tell which network band I am currently using? I have an option to purchase a Verizon Z30 for less than 200 bucks however, I dont want to do this if I will lose my ATT LTE, the way I understand it there is only one supported LTE band that ATT uses on the Verizon version Z30.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to natively tell from the phone. If you have a second device--an LTE iPhone or an LTE Android, there are ways.

Edit: there's an Android app I'm seeing that may do the job as well, but IDK if you'd want to sideload it.
