I have the BlackBerry Z-10 and i like it a lot, BUT each time when the restart the phone or when the battery is dead again, the Network Mode has changed from 4G-3G-2G to 3G-2G, that is not nice as i have a Dutch KPN Mobile 4G contract, so each time i need to change it back, Is this a known problem that will be fixed in 10.2 (currently 10.1.0.4181) or knows anybody what i can do to solve this.

I think you should update to 10.2
Is it all ready official in the netherlands? I dont know because i'm running a 10.2.1 leak.
Check for updates or download a leak.
10.2 hasn't that issue.
