I travel a lot both by car and plane. I've noticed that when I drive long enough I lose my data connection. My Z10 still shows I have LTE but I don't receive emails and my browser won't go. I restart and then everything is fine again. What gives?

Don't know but I live in the Midwest and when you get away from the cities and interstates AT&T service is almost non existent.

Well yes, that is a problem, but with my old phone as soon as I was back in range I didn't have to restart my phone to get connected again.

FYI- It happened to me again today after I had driven about an hour north of my residential area. I restarted my phone once I noticed I had no connection and my connection was working again after the restart.

It also happened to me. I'm on Att. I was roaming on Rogers in Toronto and I would lose data. The BB logo would go out. I would have to toggle off and on my data for it to come back.

Restart your mobile network connection instead of phone. They are probably tweaking issues like that.

Depends on network as us networks were not fully ready for BlackBerry 10 devices and I am reading that the us networks are having issues.

I am in canada and not have this issue on rogers.

Do you still have the problem if you don't use LTE?

Ok, I have some screenshots now, to show what occurs when I lose my connection.

    Network Issues When Traveling-img_00000100.jpg
This first image is what I see when I try to go to a website.

The second image is what happens after about 20 seconds of waiting for the site to load.

This last image shows that my phone still shows me connected with 4G.

I have found if I put my phone on airplane mode, then airplane mode off right away, I get connected again.
This has become a very big problem for me, as I need to stay connected (emails especially) when I travel. Please help.
