    Hi Everyone,

    My phone has been acting weird since saturday All my calls that is coming through now shows as unidentified caller?? Plus my voicemail number is showing under another name although i never saved my voicemail number. Is there a virus on my phone or what is going on, how can i fix this?

    Don't do battery pull on Z10, press volume up and down at same time until turns off and hold it until the blue BlackBerry symbol start to go around then release. This will do a system check up and reboot see if it fix it

    Hold the buttons until reboot, ignore screenshot

    It *should* happen. Try it again and make sure not to release the buttons before the Blackberry symbol shows up.

    What model? If u stl1 u cant do hard reset with volume button

    This might be a radical notion, but have you tried contacting your carrier? Caller ID and voicemail are kind of in their ballpark.

    If you're in STL 100-1 hold the bottom on to until the BlackBerry logo it does the same like the volume but without the screen shot

    Definitely contact your carrier! I had a similar problem a couple years ago with Telus in Canada. They somehow managed to swap my plan with someone else's, a "glitch." report your findings back to us

    I'd think the problem is with your carrier. Call them and as if any changes have been made to your plan?
