    I have been trying to make the " PRINT TO GO APP " working on my Z10 but I always get a driver error message...So I need someone from Canada that is print to go worked in order for me to troubleshoot..I have been trying a first post on that issue but no one could help so far.
    I am withTELUS so someone on the same provider would be the right person.

    I don't know some people from other places said that it is working on their end. I figure to troubleshoot would easier from the same network but I am willing to try with anyone

    Well, the fact that you're getting a "driver error" suggests that the issue is on your computer, not your phone. I don't think your carrier has anything to do with it. I could be wrong though...

    also I have free long distance in Canada. would be less expensive for me..I am not going to call telus as I don't think they know enough about the phone yet

    I did delete it form comp may times and downloading it again. always come with the same message. now my other option would be to verify setting with someone that his print to go work and doing that over a phone call

    Works for me in the UK, I had to disable anti virus for it to work.

    I did that too with no difference...when i go to bb website it says that i am downloading 2.0.110.0exe then when i try to print it gives me driver error 2.0.111.0 message (error 404)

    I'm on Rogers in Canada and it's been working fine for me. From what I've searched all issues lead to anti virus software

    Yes alain. Both devices need to be connected to the same network.

    When you select print to go you will also need to enter the password on to the software from the device on the app.

    At what point do u get the error message?

    I always am on the same network at home. When I print it says driver error 404 and give me 2.0.111 as driver the one I download from BlackBerry website is2.0.110 exe

    Well, I'm a hoser, but I have a Mac so I don't even get the joy of using print to go. However, if you need to call someone for help, given that you're on the Z10 forum, you could use BBM voice, and get around long distance altogether.

    I am using a pc and I am with telus - I have free long distance within Canada
