re help please
i made a backup on bb link and disconnected it and wiped my bb . than it got restarted and an icon came on the screen that showed to connect my mobile to computer ..
i did that and than screen moved away and a different screen came and a swirling blue icon is just swirling and nothing is happening .. i tried restarting it but no help.. its just stuck here .. been like this for a whole 15 min

I'm not sure if this will work but try a 30,30,30

Hold your power button down for 30 seconds.

Pull the battery but keep your finger on the power button for a further 30 seconds.

Put the battery back on but keep your finger on the power button and keep it on for 30 seconds.

Essentially keeping your finger pressing and holding the power button for 90 seconds but battery in for 30 seconds out for 30 seconds and back in for 30 seconds then let go.

If that doesn't work I'm sorry I don't know what else to do.
