I have a new BB Z10, and I cant use the text messaging. I cannot do anything! I can't compose or read any of the msgs that I have recieved. When I try to open it, it just does nothing. I cannot wirte new Messages either. What should i do?

Well we will need more info. What model is your Z10 and OS version are you on? Have you tried restarting it?

Thanks for your quick reply :-) Difficult questions, as per Information paper it is a STL100-2 does this say anything? re-starting did not help either. have already tried that.

To get this info there are a few option. Swipe down from the top at the home screen, goto settings, select about, then chose OS and it will give you info. Also while in an email or BBM type "myver" and it will also give you the info. Have you updated you phone since you got it?
