    Wife was having trouble with her Z battery life after the 10.1 MR update so I figured I'd back up, reload, restore. Problem is now it's on the old 10.1 (273 I think) and it doesn't show any updates available. Resets, BlackBerry link, nothing seems to work, and the backup won't restore cause it says the software versions are incompatible.

    What network are you on? I read that some networks have pulled the update due to the SMS issues with the 10.1MR.

    Fido, that could be, I heard that although she didn't have that problem herself. The big thing is I want that backup
