I plugged my Z10 into my laptop to sync some photos last night and it said there was an update. (it was the 1.0.2019 that I was already running on At&t). Took only a minute to update and restart....now the browser will not respond. I can open it and it goes to Google for my home page, but the screen does not respond to anything other than the address bar. I type a website and click go but it never does anything. Everything else works as normal, but I noticed that when I swipe up to see the active frames, it now shows a banner saying "all apps are to the right".

I just wiped the phone and restored from backup....same thing happened again! Any thoughts or anyone else have this happen???

Try restarting, reloading the os or download the .bar file from a different os using Darcy's tool
