As the title implies, when I try to switch to front camera on my Z10 it says: " The camera can't be started ". I've tried rebooting but it doesn't work. How do I solve this problem ?? Thank you very much.

I had this problem on my PlayBook a while back. I had to send it in to BlackBerry to get it fixed. First time I have heard of this happening on a Z10 but if your under warranty contact BlackBerry support.

Seems to be hardware issue. Contact blackberry for its returns if it is under warranty.

Have you installed any 3rd party apps that might use the Camera? Android apps. In the past, something like insta-gram could cause that (I believe that was fixed). So any app that uses the camera, even peripherally might affect it.
