I've had this phone the first day Feb 5 and I have been trying to get it to reboot but have not been able to get it to. I know few others who have also tried everything but could not suceed in getting their Z10 to reboot for no reason. What are you people doing? Any special tips? I'm also on Telus . Please help me beat QNX and get it to reboot for no reason.

Unfortunately I've been unable to have the OS force reboot my Zed either. This included running 8 active frames of apps / games and 20 rendering tabs in the the browser. Has anyone been able to successfully test the limits of their phones to see how much stress it can handle?

BTW I'm on a TELUS phone bought in Feb.

I had one reboot. I was charging the battery with the PlayBook charger, listening to Pandora with the Apollo app, and browsing the CB forum with the CB10 app. The phone got hot and restarted. Btw, I am on ATT.

It wasn't the end of the world. I remember the blue screen of death that was a constant with Windows and, from what I hear, iphones have the same problems. These are platforms that have been around for years. Hopefully, BlackBerry doesn't take as long to resolve problems with the OS.

I have put my z10 through its paces and it has never rebooted. It froze on shutdown once but latest bell update fixed that. I am Thinking it is either hardware or software that only affects a small percentage of phones. Either way, I hope BlackBerry is putting top resources into a fix.

I just mentioned this in another thread. My company has 128 Z10's in circulation and not one has a restart issue. Just thought it would be worth writing again.

Ya my company has 52 +/-.. and no reboots or problems period.

That's not to say there isn't a reboot problem but it's not across the board thankfully. I don't think my phones been off for 3-4 weeks now
