    My both Q10 and Q5 turns of when reaches 11%.

    Known issue, according to Michael Clewey, it will be fixed in 10.3

    you might have to calibrate the battery , search the forums i think there is a thread on this, sorry i dont have the link

    You can indeed find the re calibration on the forums.
    In short it was :
    Turn device off
    Remove battery
    Connect to USB charger, let it settle for a while.
    Turn it off, restore battery and you are good to go.

    Had this happen to me today. Though I can't be sure if it was at 20% or 10%. But it was strange and since I did the 17MB update this morning I feel it's related. Will see if it happens again.

    Mine doesn't die even when it reach 0%. Anyway, no need to worry its just a false charge reading a factory reset will do the job.
