    I am not in usa but my cellphone reigon model says USA. I connect through USA vpn in iran but still there is no update. Have they released the update in USA?

    Don't hold your breath for Verizon's update. Yet, you have an unofficial device of your carrier device (if they have official device for Blackberry 10 devices, lol) so, you won't get update from your carrier.

    Why wouldn't just upgrade your OS manually? it's easy peasy. Just read these treads..

    Just for more "vague" info - Verizon is generally one of the last BB carriers to offer OS updates. So you might want to do as suggested - do it unofficially or wait.
