I used docu shortcut and set shortcut icon as a black picture and name as a dot and this posh wallpaper screen looks like this only problem is the dot from name in for left corner ps this is on my forth home screen page not the main one

Sorry I could not put photo up would not let me upload from cb app keyboard letters got in the way had been photo up when posted this had minimise and press attach picture fast well here is my z10 screen
