Had it for almost 2 months(since Canadian release). No, reboots, freezes, glitches, blips or anything else. To me, this is fantastic. It makes me wonder how many times I would have need to do a battery pull or reset on my old device (9860) in 2 months.

    Z10 is ROCK SOLID !!

No reboots for me. Almost two months.

My personal opinion is it is a battery contact problem.

I remember my 9900 crashing withing my first 3 weeks of it and had to load the Os again. I was in Vegas at the time on vacation and was all freaked out.

Same here,. but outside the case.

When I use the case, random reboot. I'm able to reproduce it everytime.

So "technically", no reboot for me...

Why would a case cause it to reboot?!

I wish I could be a part of this thread. I went 12 hours since reloading my OS and got a reboot 45 min ago.

Btw, useless thread. And I'm not a troll, just a BlackBerry Homer who wanted so badly for his Z10 to work like yours.

[QUOTE=guinnkevinr;8235078]Why would a case cause it to reboot?!

I think the problem is the pressure the case put on the top of the phone,
it is triggering the power button.
I noticed one time, when the phone was on the table, the countdown to power-off started alone..! Freaky a bit...
    Sometimes it's a reboot, sometimes it's a complete shutdown.

I left the phone outside the case for two weeks now, nothing happened since.

Not one freeze, crash or reboot.

Twitter crashed one time, and opened right up again when I clicked on it.

    Not a single battery pull.

I've had my Z10 since last Tuesday and I think I've shut it completely off like twice. Once for a couple hours, and last night overnight.

No complaints at all with the performance of this device.

No reboot, or free problem for me.
Emails have been sent and arrived promptly.
BlackBerry Maps is simple but works well for my purposes. Would love to have estimate arrival time, current speed, and direction of driving.
    Love the stock picture editor.
