    Was just charging and next thing found it dead. No led. No detection by PC either so BBLink can't reload. It died real good.

    Was being used by my mom so gave her my spare Z30. Hope I can submit the Z10 in the impending trade-in program.

    Trade-in program is just a few markets and from the T&C it had to be working... at this point who knows if it expands beyond where it is.

    Did your Z10 do anything... LED Blink, Error Message on Screen. Might be that you could use an Autoloader to revive it.

    I have only one battery since buying my used Z10.... the one it came with.

    No pulse at all. No usb detection with or without battery so bblink or autoloader won't work. Probably dead mother board.
    If i won't be able to trade-in, then might pop it open out of curiosity.
    And yeah I've got spare batteries.

    Very sad indeed... my Z10 is still operational and the battery holds charge. Not using it daily though...

    The same thing happened to me gave my z10 to mom next thing I heard that it's dead she overcharged it but it's pretty much working now other than the whole burned inside It worked after I left it for a week and charge it for about 12 hrs
