    After numerous problems in the 5 months I've had my little buddy Z10 it eventually died last wednesday after a short illness.
    I'm not sure if we'll be trying for anymore will just have to wait and see what the EE Coroner says was the cause of death.
    At the moment I'm using my daughters old BB 9300, it don't overheat and the battery lasts forever!

    There's a standard 1 year warranty on all blackberry products.. unless you got it wet or physically damaged it i'm sure it will be repaired or replaced for you good as new err better then new in your case by the sounds of it..
