I'm sorry Mr. Z10 but I will be sending you back to where you came from, because I just couldn't justify keeping you. You're an Iphone and Android clone (I know that all the trolls here willl jump on me saying that we have peek, flow, hub, so it can't be an Iphone clone).

I went back to my 9900, hate the black clock, but it's better than the Z10.

I will buy the Q10 when it's released, and I hope that the software will be polished by then, because the Z really sucked with the unfinishings and reboots.

If the Q will not suit me anymore, then I will be loooking for another phone.

If anyone could recommend an OS that has a unified mailbox like BB, I would seriously go there.

I had the Z10 since March 29, so I think that I really stuck with it long enough.

It started rebooting on its own. Battery life was not good ( I think that they both have to do with using other USB chargers, even legacy BB usb chargers, I only used my 9900 charger to charge it in car and at home/office).

Keyboard is good, but still not like a physucal board.

I really miss the trackad to edit my typing....


I love the hub and flow, but well, nothing majorly exciting....

Z10 reboots many have found a Cut Sim is the issue and if you get a normal micro sim from the carrier kit stops the rebooting.

I think this guy has the right to vent. I think this will keep bbry working on their 10.1 update. Random updates and all nobody will be able to talk me out of my Zorro. I've been reading a bunch of the freezing phone comments and it seemed like a lot of then were connected to what's app. I deleted it and have not had a random reboot since. I'm no expert so don't take my word for it but even if it does still reboot I still have trouble even finding anybody that uses the app

I believe there was a thread here, or an article by one of our CB writers about using the proper charger for the Z10. If you're not using one designed for the specific battery in it, you're going to have issues with charging and battery life.
Does anyone remember seeing that post? Trying to find it...

My phone hasn't rebooted, not once. I had my Z early March from Ebay. I'm using T-Mobile network, US.

We dont have to be trolls though. Ip doesn't have peek, flow, hub. They may not be good enough for you to stick with z10.

Try and clean the sim card and see if that helps, if not then get a new sim.

I never had a problem. Though sometimes I think to return the phone back because I miss the keyboard BUT I think the apps will be more on the z10.
I have problems with the battery I just got the battery bundle last week and problem solved.
I will wait for the big one in the holidays.

Got tired of the reboots, so I exchanged the phone on day 14 for another unit. Now on day 10 with the new unit with no random reboots at all. (I'm paranoid now, so I leave battery guru running all of the time.)

Same SIM was used in both phones. The SIM was new from AT&T - purchased with the first phone.

Must be an iphone / Android clone... wtf dude really?? I've used Android extensively and very intensively and there is very, very little similarities other than those listed above! The experience is completely different, the interactions are different, the processes are different... the only additional similarity to iOS that BB10 has is that it's very fluid and catalogs apps very similarly. I don't mean to be aggressive but quite honestly your experience with the Q10 will be 99 percent familiar and also feel like a "Clone with a keyboard". Your gripes appear mostly software related and yes the Q10 will have 10.1 but 10.1 will be a bug fix / incremental upgrade to the core functions at the heart of BlackBerry 10 os as well as a few new additions. It will not change your "Experience " much at all. I wish you all the luck sir in finding what truly works best for you because that's all that really matters when it comes down to it...
