HELP!! had an error message at bbm saying it has lost its connection. so i did restart my phone but i didnt have a data signal so i tried doing airplane mode but it was taking much time. so i restart again and it didnt turn on. when i charge theres even no red light. i tried using a new battery still dead. What to do?? please help me :(

My brothers Z10's screen turned blue before dying. He also mentioned it was running warm. But that wasn't uncommon for Z10.
How long was your Z10 in service? The one that just died here was in service 1 year and 8 months at time of death.

Try downloading an autoloader to your Windows PC, run the autoloader and connect the handset to your PC when prompted. There are loads of posts on the forums re how to use autoloaders. Good luck, my first Z10 did this and it was final. BlackBerry are hard work with warranty claims, too.
