i am using unlocked( no network ) bb z10 blackerry yesterday update bbz10to 10.2.1 but i am unable to recieve that update.help how to get official update

Blackberry has said that by the end of February everyone will get the OTA update pushed to them. You will just have to wait. It will come to you.

Well, I was on the leaked 10.2.1 before. Maybe that's the difference.

if it's unlocked try use a sim card from a different Network provider, that's how I got my update.

Have you tried updating from Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com There is a link right on the homepage that is supposed to help you update.

Im unlocked and had leak installed on both my Z10 and Z30 and still got notification on both devices that an upgrade was available,took seconds to load up. I'm with Koodo or Telus if this helps!
