    security wipe is stuck at 98% scince 24 hours on my bb z10 . how to stop that stucked security wipe process and bring back the cell to working condition

    There are many threads about this issue.

    It will finish eventually. It could take several days when it gets "stuck" like this.

    You can always download the latest autoloader (10.3.2.2789) to your PC and run it, while simultaneously rebooting your device.
