    Hello everyone I was just wondering if someone could tell me if my Z10 is unlocked or not. I was trying to unlock my phone yesterday and the website came back to me and said they couldn't find my unlock code and offered me a refund. But when I went to look at the screen i saw this, (see picture)Is my phone Unlocked?-img_00001272.png does it mean it's unlocked already? If so i have no idea how it is but that would be great news because im tired of waiting on ATT to send out the update.

    Just FYI even if it locked you can still install the updates.
