It restarts whenever I'm not using it. Just lately I have caught it rebooting out of the corner of my eye. It only does it when not in use and lying down somewhere.

Haven't been on CrackBerry in a while. Have we determined if it's hardware or software? Wouldn't want to hold a defective phone past warranty.

I mean I see there are threads and I've read a good deal but I could see no clear answer as to whether it's software or hardware. Somewhere it was claimed its a radio software glitch but yet other have it go away with an exchange. Just wanted to know if someone had some sort of proof or if I missed something impprtant.

Yes, there are tons of discussions here about this. As someone who has followed most of them and who suffers from the problem myself, the current impression is that it is an issue that Blackberry will address in software, and versions of software that address the issue are finally starting to become available. Probably the 10.1 update which is just now starting to become available on some carriers will solve it.

Weird how some people experience reboots. My phone has rebooted once by itself. In 2months.

I though mine had stopped, after deleting everything off my SD card then reformatting it with the Z10. I went over a week without restarts. Alas it has begun again. Not sure why, no is anyone. I am confident it will be addressed at some point with an update. I am only concerned about it possibly restarting at the moment my alarm is supposed to go off causing me to oversleep. Other than that, I can live with it until it is fixed. It doesn't happen often with my phone.

Mine seems to go once a day. It doesn't really bother me but it would be nice to see a fix. Thanks for the replies!

This starting 100 threads about the same issue over and over is getting old.
