    I have blackberry z10 . I turned on Parental controls And tured off all Apps from there. They all disappeared from menu. After that when I turned off parental controls .but the apps didn't return back .Now I don't have Browser , blackberry world, camera, Facebook, Twitter. I updated phone software also, but these didn't return back.

    That has happened to some other users. For some reason, after turning off Parental Control, apps remain hidden.

    Turn it off and remove the battery. Leave it out for 10 or so minutes. Then replace and see what happens on restart.

    What version of the OS did you use to restore? You might try again.
