    If anyone can feel my pain, its the Crackberry world. For the first time ever, I watched my phone in slow motion..flying from my pocket and landing face down on the concrete. Ive dropped it before..and with some sort of arrogance, I picked it up just knowing it wasnt cracked. WRONG. spider webbed. And it doesn't work at all. The screen doesn't recognize my touch at all.

    Im in shock...NOW WHAT!!

    it was naked. Always naked. The phone is far to beautiful to case. Though now Im debating my decision!

    Yes I have insurance. $100 bucks later and one should be in the mail tomorrow. In the meantime, its back to the 9930.

    I have a similar story. When my z10 broke I was actually happy. Why? Well because it gave me an excuse to get rid of the touch keyboard and go back to qwerty. Q5 I love you.

    Dropped mine on the concrete two days ago. Landed face down. Only had the transform shell on it. No screen protector. Besides a nick, everything is fine. I feel ur pain.

    Screens are not to hard to replace if you want to go that way. How to video's can be found on youtube, but make sure you have the two correct screw drivers.
