I haven't ever received PIN spam before and even though I don't understand it (seems to be from Indonesia), it looks like spam. I may be mistaken, and apologies if so, but I think I'm good at least 99%.

I got one a couple ways ago with lots of hearts in the message. I blocked it then deleted it. I've never given my PIN out except to two family members.

Seriously, as already mentioned, sending your pin to a spammer will not solve the problem, especially if you do not already have it.
