    Since the Z10 was recently released, I decided I would go on to the AT&T website and have a chat with an online representative. I, of course, know all about the phone, but I pretended to know extremely little in order to see the direction in which our conversation went. I was moderately pleased with the discussion,and I think if all stores are as positive about the Z10 as the AT&T representative was, then I think there's a good shot of the Z10 having excellent sales. Here is my conversation with the representative. Sonia is the AT&T worker, and David Smith, an alias I created, is myself.

    So, that was my time with Sonia. I thought she was quite helpful. There were times when she seemed to be rather reluctant to tell me about some of the Z10's shortcomings, but all in all, she was kind. What do you guys think?

    P.S. How cool was that iOS diss?

    I thought that she was great. It's true that every smart phone out there has many great features, that is the reason for all the fans of each phone.
    I think it's a personal preference and what you are looking for, myself I wanted the refreshing change of BlackBerry and am LOVING my Z10.
    And I learn something new on my phone everyday.
    There is not a day that I wish I had another phone.

    I'm glad to hear that she was not bashing BlackBerry like I've heard from other people.

    When I went to AT&T store yesterday morning the guy selling me the device said his co-worker had been using the Z10 for a week. I asked him what he though of it and here's his direct quote "I love it. Love the hub with all of my tweets, texts and emails in one location. The App Store is weak but the operating system is smooth."

    The co-worker's jaw nearly dropped. I then mentioned about "side loading" android apps and they both wrote down the term to search it later. The idea of filling in some missing apps with Android ports was new to them and excited them, even the guy NOT using the Z10.
    I was fully expecting them to tell me I was crazy to try this new phone, when instead they were quite positive and genuinely interested in learning more.

    Well done to AT&T to have an employee actually using the device rather than just bashing it without trying it.
