blackberry z10 stucked when i updated because antithept was on and i forget my mail id
actually My Z10 was send from canada by my son,i have unloked it in india before 2 years,i have updated it by attaching on laptop blackberry link,after done all when it restarted it ask for mail id and password,if i fill my id and password that says antithieft is on,which mail id it will accept it now,the mail id and password from my son i asked that also not working,what can i do now,its possible to know my id and password recovery any how please.
