    Hi there. My BB z10 stuck on the reboot page it reaches 100% then it starts over again, i tried to connect it to the pc, but it doesn't seem to pick it up, keeps telling me the software is malfunctioning. please help??

    This happened to my wife's Z10 a few months ago. We did a full reset with BlackBerry Link, and all went well. The issue resolved after that.
