    OK, well hopefully you have a back up via link.

    I would try a battery pull, and if doesn't reboot normally. Attached you devices to your pc. Open BlackBerry Link, make sure it's the latest version , and reload the original OS then restore the data

    My z10 is also stuck at 100%. I'm sure after it upgraded my OS automatically a few months ago I unchecked that so I had to explicitely choose to upgrade but alas ... it's a brick. I have tried rebooting, with and without charger plugged in, and pulling the battery. I don't back it up because its not my work phone so I suppose I'm stuck having to try BB Link.

    Did you have yours plugged in to charge when this happened?
