    hi i need some urgent help please my bb z10 was perfect after doing the upgrade to 10.3.2 my z10 is completely dead it reboots sometimes and just stays on for 5 mins then fades into black screen and goes off ive used the bb link and reset to factory settings but the 10.3.2 update is still on the phone i can not use it at all i need urgent help as i use this phone for business purposes please please assist urgently p.s i could cry ryt nw
