I hava a BlackBerry Z10 smartphone with BB10 OS.My smartphone is not opening.Whenever i tried to switch it on it only shows the BlackBerry icon and get stuck at that point.I have tried to install BB10 OS using Autoloaders but The Autoloader neither The BlackBerry Device Manager recognizes my Phone.

I've tried to wipe it using SIC Multiwipe But it also showing errors.

Please give me a solution.

Could just be a hardware issue.

Generally an Autoloader should see the device, I'd try using another Autoloader and another PC.
