while downloading android app in my bb z10 10.2 os phone got switched off and its not getting on..what could be the problem i can i turn it on? i tried connecting blackberry link, tried pressing power button everything but still its not working......please help me am really helpless

If your battery is fully depleted try charging with a stronger charger (tablet charger if you have one) and leave it plugged in for a prolonged period.
