My 15 month old got a hold of my Z10 and I don't know what he did but he changed my ringtone. Under Settings >Notifications>Phone it still has my old ringtone but instead some generic beep is what plays whenever I get a call.

I feel silly, but is there some other place to change ringtone? Some override that I'm missing?

There is a way to change the ring tone for every contact so it's possible that the ring tone for a contact in your phone was changed to the beep.

If you've only received one call since this happened this may be your problem, go to contacts, edit, scroll to the bottom and u should see the custom notifications settings

If you've received many phone calls from different contacts and they all played the beep sound then this is unlikely to be your problem

Might be that he changed the notification ie normal vs calls only etc.

Nope, received multiple calls from different contacts and it's set to normal notifications.

He must be a prodigy, whatever he did he did it in under 30 seconds.
