    Muting seems to have changed on my phone sine the BlackBerry 10.1 update. Before I would press and hold the volume rocker down till media volume was completely off and the phone would buzz indicating it was silencing notifications. it does not do that anymore. Now I must get the settings drop down and silence it from there. It is a small quantities but curious if I can make the function work again. Tks

    Yes, toggle "always adjust media volume" to off in settings>main volume
