    Does anyone know why when I sync media or drag and drop media (music and videos) on my phone storage or on my sd card storage it tells me that it is in an unreadable format, even if it is in one of the formats listed as compatible? I did not have this problem with my PlayBook?? Weird no..?

    For those intrigued by the question with no answer. I ended up having to call my service provider and BlackBerry. The solution was a Security Wipe. Settings --> Security and Privacy --> Security Wipe--->Follow instructions. I am not sure why this happened but it appears all my problems are now solved. I did have to re-enter some stuff but my phone is fully functional so who cares!!
