    If it does tap the arrow to download. Do not close BlackBerry world until it's finished downloading. How can you tell?

    It shows up and says download complete but the music does not show up in my music library and I cannot play says file not found

    Contact BlackBerry Technical Support @ 1-877-255-2377 and ask politely to be escalated to an analyst after you have clearly described the issue as you have done in this thread.

    Hmmm.

    Very weird. Using the universal search can you find a track?

    If you have a spare micro sd card I would try also changing it. If not try saving it to the phone.

    I cannot find it with a search and have tried saving to the device but same results.

    Even if it says download complete has the file actually downloaded while the track still appears in the download screen?

    They will most likely get you to reload the Z10's OS.
