    Okay, I launched the music app, turns out every single song has the same thumbnail/art cover. It looks horrifying. This is very important to me cus I identify and choose songs by their thumbnails. I formated the memory card and put the files back in, nothing changed! Please help, should I reload the Z10's software? Any other methods?

    browse your media folder via file manager, there will be a image file named "folder" between the music files, just delete it and you're good to go.
