For the people who use this battery. How do you like it? Can it be calibrated? Or will it always read zero % and just keep going until it dies? Does it last offer than the Z30?

Contemplating buying one for long days. I hate carrying around two batteries....
Is it worth the 90 dollars?

None of the "extended" batteries are worth 90 bucks.

For 20 bucks you can get a 4500mAh battery that does make the Z10 fat, but you WILL GET 36 hours or more out of it.
Have a look at the thread in my signature to find out more.

I haven't tried the extended battery, but my personal tip is the BlackBerry Charger Bundle for Z10. It's cheap, you can change a battery for a fully charged one immediately or just charge it via the built-in cable, plus it's super portable, I carry it around in my pocket everyday

I have the mugen battery for the z10 and to me it was worth the money. A little fat, but nfc works and I have experienced up to 60 hours with light use. I think the phone "learns" the battery and shows fairly correctly on the percentage. I said a little fat, but it feels very comfortable.

The battery I got a year ago was direct from a supplier in the UK.
    I found it on ebay.
This is the link I used. BLACKBERRY Z10 EXTENDED BATTERY 4500MAH + FREE BLACK BACK COVER LS1 UK | eBay

Do a search on ebay in your country for "Z10 Extended battery 4500" and see what comes up.

Shipping from China to the UK takes about a week most of the time. Depends on the supplier in China.

I am not a woman, and it is really easy to carry the battery charger bundle. It is very slim and light: you even forget you have it in your pocket.

Honestly I got an extended battery on ebay and a spare one with a charger from CrackBerry and I find myself rarely if ever putting the extended one in. I just carry the spare in my pocket or leave it charging so I can just keep swapping. I like the feel of the phone too much in its stock form to use the extended battery. Same reason I don't have a case.

I have the extended. Used to say I love the slim feel BUT after 3 days with the fat ext' batt' cover, I love the feel. The phone isn't much heavier despite the look.
    Fits comfy in pocket.

Calibrates if you allow it to die until it turns off once in a week. That's what I do and it's pretty on point now.

Get 36+ hours as mentioned above. This is on HEAVY use.

Takes about 3 hours to charge first few cycles and about two hours after the first few cycles.

It's definitely not a mugen with a label over it!!!

if you get it, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

    4500 mah for $20+ or 3800 for 60+??

    Your choice

This is exactly the same as the one I have been using for 14 months now.

This is the holster I use, but not the phone case/protector bit.
Amzer HardShell Case + Holster With Belt Clip Kickstand For Blackberry Z10 Black | eBay

To protect the phone itself I just use the cheapest tempered glass screen protector I can find..

After 16 months of constant use with the 4500mAh battery and this holster and glass screen protector the Z10 still performs as quickly and efficiently as the day I got it.

48 hours on a single charge for less than 20 bucks.....it's a no brainer.

Well that would make me worry rather than happy. Are u charging it with stock 0.8A charger?

    4500 mah for $20+ or 3800 for 60+??
    That should really read:
    3800 mah for $20+ or 3800 for 60+.
Still god deal buy there is no way they packed the same sized battery with 4500. It's just Chinese way of saying 3800.

Search Amazon for the same size battery.....cheaper. Word of caution. The extended battery doors are made of hard plastic. DO NOT drop your Z10 because you will risk cracking/damaging the door.....and a replacement is(or at one time) hard to find. Anyway:

    Amazon.com: For Blackberry Z10 BB10 LS1 Thick Extended Battery + Back Cover 4500mAh: Cell Phones & Accessories

    vs.

Amazon.com: Mugen Power Extended 3800mAh Battery for Blackberry Z10 4G LTE. 2x More Power!: Cell Phones & Accessories

I have purchased both and currently still utilizing the 1st.

The 4500 mah battery from amazon is a good deal. Got mine months ago and have been using it ever since. Only switched back recently to experiment with NFC, and because I miss the OG slim form factor.

I just got the one from e-bay; day 2 of heavy use and still at 19% (before, I'd be dead after 10-14 hours). Of course, I think the 19% is not accurate as the phone's not had a chance to adjust to the new battery's extra life.
