Do the MTS stores have the phones and accessories in stock now. I'm flying into Winnipeg and realised my charger is on the table at home so I'm going to have to buy a spare.

+1 check Winners. They always have a rack of cell phone accessories. I got a charger there with detachable USB to micro USB cord for $7.99, works just fine on my Z10. Plus, since the cord is detachable I got a patch cord for connecting the Z10 to my computer. I had looked for an extra cord in Source by Circuit City earlier and they wanted nearly $20.00 for the cord alone

True but some definitely work better than others...if they don't put out quite enough juice, the device won't charge...might hold at a certain level or charge but could be very slow...

Best bet is the PlayBook charger...it charges the Z10 up faster than a knife fight in a phone booth!

Good point.

All my chargers are quite powerful now, I forgot about that! I even have a playbook car charger, great for any phone.

Can anyone confirm whether their MTS Z10 is unlocked by default? The website says it is. This would be great news as I might decide to purchase it outright and first try MTS with the unlimited data package to see how much I will use, then hop over to Rogers to benefit from the Canada wide data.

Go to Settings>Security and Privacy>SIM Card. If it's unlocked it should say "Unlocked" under all three headings at the bottom (network, network subset, service provider)

I picked mine up today...finally!

I was at St vital and was told at the kiosk that All of their Z10's were for people who had pre ordered there. It sounded like bs to me but what do I know.

I called the KP store when I got home and they put one aside for me. When I picked it up, they mentioned that they had sold quite a few of them and were sick of seeing the intro screens! That's a good sign, I guess.

It is unlocked, like other people mentioned.

Got mine just this past weekend. It is awesome.

Has anyone else notice their Z10 automatically connect to MTS wireless when they're out? I've seen this happen at least twice: once at The Forks and once at The MTS Center.

When I had my 9900 I had wifi on all the time and no matter where I went if MTS had a hot spot I was connected I have yet to try it with my Z10
