It bothers me to see how I see a lot more people with the new z10 but I noticed that they don't know how to use it. I wish they had some commercials just showing simple features like the flick typing or how to readjust the lighting/ISO exposure in the camera.

They've use it just like any other phones.

Also, has anyone read this yet? Was just published today.

There are all kinds of tips and tricks here. Why don't people who use Z10s look here first?

I've been using BlackBerry since 2010 when I bought a BlackBerry Torch 9800. Never knew about CB until last year when I got the Z10. Unless you look for this site, or someone tells you - you're unlikely to know?

The help section within the device should be the first place a new owner looks,

There's also a testing tab that can be used instead of the downloadable virtual tester.

I'm sure a lot will not go out of their way to go through the help section. I'm talking about people who aren't interested in going to a forum or rummaging through the help section of the phone without even knowing what they are looking for.

They have the tutorials as mentioned and actually had commercials too about a year ago when the z10 was actually "new."

I just went to the BlackBerry website and watched videos how to use the Z10 before and after I got it. I knew about Crackberry but didn't think to look there for tips and tricks until i went to troubleshoot something last summer.

How do you remove icons from a folder and how to totally remove a folder without losing the icons/contents completely?

Open the folder, one by one long press the icon, when it starts shaking keep pressing it and pull it down to the bottom of the screen, the screen then goes back to the homescreen, if you let go of the icon it will settle on the homescreen, once you do that to all the icons in the folder, the original folder dissappears.

    Hope that helps.
