Just wanna express my giddiness of having a Z10 in my life. Even though I already have a Passport and have been tremendously helped in my work with that amazing device, it's still better to read ebooks and watch videos on a lighter device such as the Z10. I love the black one, the built quality, sharp and brightness of the screen, the ease of use, reliability, lagless snappy operations and I think this is the most elegant one handed smartphone I have ever held in my life.

I use it in conjunction with the charger bundle, so there's no such thing as short battery life.

Agreed. Had my Z10 from launch, over 2 years and it's still a worker,
Love the size, the OS has improved with each update.
Still love using it, and believe me, I have used the all the latest and most popular phones

Two days ago I've got again Z10.... this is my third one.
Every time I sold Z10 and tried (windows Lumia, BB z30, and Leap) I've always was missing Z10.
The only minus is the battery. But the rest.... this phone is premium phone.

If not for its battery, Z10 would have been perfect. Using a Z30 now. The crispness of Z10's LCD is something to be missed.

If I may suggest, why don't you try using the charger bundle. That way you'll never have to get stuck to the wall charging the phone--just the replaced battery and its charger. I like this method so much i bought 3 (three) original batteries. When mobile, this gets me literally three days without ever having to charge the batteries. Two days with very heavy use.

I use the Z10 solely for reading ebooks, multimedia and a wee bit of social media. So far, combined with the Passport for work, I rarely ever need to open my laptop, or thinking about buying another phone. If anything I even want to get that Montana 9930 because I have never tried BBOS before and kinda curious what it's like to have one. Heh.

Agree with OP however I have not put my SIM back in my Passport since the latest 10.3.2 update. For me (and only my opinion) the Z10 is an exceptional one handed all touch device that works better today than the day it was released. Had it released initially as it is today BlackBerry would be in an entirely different scenario in regards to device sales.

People always make those assumptions but I honestly don't think that would be the case because BlackBerry would have still needed to market the phone and carriers would have needed to push the device. Just my opinion.

The Z10 is a nice device just wish the speaker was as good as the Q10.

Those of you that are having issues with Z10 battery life, I bought this extended battery for my Z10 about a year ago and it's been great!

Yes, it adds some size to your phone. But man, I can pretty much get 2 days with medium to heavy use and at least 3 days with light use. Well worth it.

Agreed. The speaker could be better. But it's good enough I think.

The media (supported by ad money) has a very strong influence on buyers and their decisions. I will be the first to admit BlackBerry 10, when initially released, was half baked. If it had released with today's capabilities and refinement there is no doubt in my opinion it would be different. There would not have been the returns or inventory issues. The ramp up to the new BlackBerry 10 devices was big. Unfortunately the Q10 was not available until 3-4 months after the Z10. Then AT&T and all the carriers completely F'd BlackBerry and most users by delaying critical updates. Thank goodness the tide is turning towards unlocked, bloat ware free devices. There is not one BlackBerry 10 user that cannot say there device is not greatly improved and is actually better with time.

The speaker on the Porsche Design is really nice. I still look at it as a Z10, Silver Edition

With 10.3.1 and up the Z10 can last much longer with battery saver.

I have had several offers to sell my Z10 but I can't let it go. I totally like to have it parallel to my Passport. The Passport is my everyday device, but the Z10 is for home media consumption, car navigation and Playing around

Absolutely a great device and I never regretted that I bought one

I went back to my Z10 a little over a month ago. It reminded me why I loved it when I first got it. Perfect size for one handed use; perfect weight; good resolution and bright screen. It's a great phone. The battery life is decent. I'm usually close to an outlet so charging is not a problem. If it were, I'd be using the Z30 or Passport instead. I like the Z30 a lot but the feel and size of the Z10 kept calling me back.
